Passed out of Committee

The Waxman-Markey bill just passed out of the Energy and Commerce Committee.  Final count 33-25.  4 Democrats voted no.  1 Republican voted yes.  I commend Republican Mary Bono Mack of California for her yes vote.  This is the first historic step in a long process.  More to come!
