Calls against Climate Bill out of District?

It had been troubling that contrary to predominant pollng data, most of the calls coming into Congressional offices during the House vote on the climate bill were “against” versus “for”.  I don’t know the complete validity of this information, but here is a fragment of an e-mail passed onto me by what I could consider a reliable source.  If you’re reading this, take a minute and call your Senator’s office in support of climate legislation!

“”approximately 100% of pro-ACES calls to members of Congress were in-district, while anti-ACES calls to member offices were only about 15% in-district.”
